Position Summary:

The Member Engagement team drives high-quality, high-impact experiences that support the growth and civic leadership of LEE members. This includes new member onboarding, virtual and in-person events, and customized programming aligned with member interests and needs.

The Director, Member Engagement Facilitation (Temporary) will support this work by facilitating direct engagement with members through events, consultative planning with partners, and post-event analysis. This includes participating in intake and co-planning conversations, leading in-person and virtual events, connecting members to LEE’s resources and coaching opportunities, and capturing member engagement data.

This is a highly adaptive role that supports the delivery of member programming across different formats and member segments based on organizational needs. Facilitators are expected to prepare effectively using LEE-provided materials, collaborate with staff partners to ensure high-quality experiences, and record data and learning reflections in a timely manner.

This is a part-time, temporary position with variable hours. Expect to work approximately 12–15 hours for each assigned event, including preparation, facilitation, and wrap-up. While work assignments are not guaranteed, LEE anticipates facilitators will lead an average of 1–2 events per quarter. Local travel within your region is required for in-person events. This temporary position will end on May 29, 2026.

Pay and Benefits

The position level for this role is Director 1 and the corresponding hourly pay range for this position is $39.28-$59.19. Pay is competitive and based upon relevant experience and cost of labor for your location.
